Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our premium roasted green tea, we can only accept returns on unopened, original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your hojicha products are unopened, in their original vacuum-sealed packaging, and purchased within the last 14 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return or any transit damage.
Ship the Items
Once your request is approved, securely pack the tea and ship it back to our distribution center using the provided return label.
Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
